Three steps. No onboarding call, no migration project, nothing to install.
01
Describe your business once
How many wheels you own, which classes you run, what deposit you take, and how far you will travel for a party. That is the entire setup.
About 20 minutes
02
Share one booking link
Paste it into your Instagram bio, your website, or a reply. It shows live availability, takes the deposit, and confirms the booking without you.
One link, everywhere
03
Turn up and run it
Reminders go out on their own, the register is on your phone, and the money lands in your Stripe account. Nobody messages you to ask what time it starts.
Every week after
Everything you need, nothing you do not
Built around what you own — not appointments
Your kiln and wheels are real constraints
Eight wheels means eight students — not whatever number you typed into a capacity box. A kiln firing blocks the kiln. The schedule reflects what your studio can physically do, so you stop discovering conflicts on the day.
Studio and mobile, in one schedule
Set a travel area with a radius and distance-based fees. Customers give their address before they pick a time, so nobody chooses a slot you were never going to reach. Travel time counts against your day.
You keep what your customers pay
Payments go straight to your Stripe account. No booking fees, no commission, no cut. A flat monthly price and nothing else.
Deposits and cancellation terms you set
Take a deposit or the full amount. Write your own refund ladder — full refund with two days notice, studio credit inside a day, whatever you actually run. Refunds follow it automatically.
Reminders that cut no-shows
Automatic email and text reminders before every booking. Customers can cancel or move their own booking from the link, without messaging you.
Your calendar stays yours
Two-way Google Calendar sync per instructor. A dentist appointment in your own calendar blocks that slot automatically, and classes appear where you already look.
Multi-week courses that sell as one thing
Publish a six-week course and people enrol once, for the whole run. A course is only sold while every week of it has room, so nobody pays for six weeks and finds week four was full.
Take the register where the work happens
Mark a whole group present or absent in one tap, from the phone in your pocket. Course rosters show who has missed which week, so you know who is falling behind before they quietly stop coming.
How it runs
Built for how it actually runs
Most booking software was built for hair salons, gyms and massage therapists. It treats a business as a list of appointments. Your kiln and wheels are real constraints.
Eight wheels means eight students — not whatever number you typed into a capacity box. A kiln firing blocks the kiln. The schedule reflects what your studio can physically do, so you stop discovering conflicts on the day.

Your booking page
Stop answering the same DM forty times a week
A booking page you can put in your Instagram bio, showing live availability. Customers book, pay a deposit and get a confirmation without you touching anything.
They can move or cancel their own booking from the link in that email, under the terms you set.

Mobile parties
Mobile parties are a first-class booking, not a workaround
Set the area you travel to and what you charge by distance. Customers enter their address before they choose a time, so an out-of-range booking never gets made in the first place.
Travel time is subtracted from your day, so the system will not sell you a studio class forty minutes after a party across town.

One schedule, your vocabulary
Written for what you actually run
The same engine underneath every one of these. What changes is whether it counts wheels, hulls, benches or guides — and which of those the page in front of you talks about.
